Sessions are all about assisting you in rediscovering the inner most part of yourself, the part that has been hidden by the stories you believe to be true about yourself and about life. We will do simple activities that will help you rediscover the “felt sense” of where and how you may be limiting your life – in effect, helping you to bring your unconscious patterns into consciousness so that you can make new and empowering choices in your life. Sessions are safe, gentle, relaxing, and transformative. You will learn about your body and leave with the tools to develop your ability to recognize and work with your unconscious patterns on your own.
My goal is to empower you to take responsibility and control of your own health and healing.
If you would like to explore this in a group situation, I offer a workshop on Zoom twice a week, Monday evenings at 7 – 9pm PST and Thursday mornings at 10 – 12am PST. The workshop is called Discover Your Energetic Boundaries, it is free and donations are most welcome.
